The role: What you will do

This role is focused on ensuring client satisfaction through expert support, comprehensive training, and efficient revenue cycle assistance.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Client communication: Serve as a primary contact via phone and email to answer questions and resolve customer inquiries.

  • Product training: Conduct training sessions for dental office staff to ensure effective use of the iDentalSoft platform and its features.

  • Revenue cycle support: Perform essential Dental Billing services, including generating reports and submitting insurance claims to US insurance companies.

Required experience and skills

We are seeking customer-focused individuals with a strong technical and professional foundation.

  • Foundational Knowledge of basic office software, including the Microsoft Office suite.

    Previous Experience in customer service roles is an advantage; experience in the technology or SaaS industry is highly preferred.

  • Knowledge of IT fields like Mac, Database/SQL, Network, or the Dental environment is a strong asset.

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in any field. Degrees in IT, Computer Science, or a related Technology field are highly preferred.
